A global financial services Company shifted from a physical product environment go-to-market strategy to one that combined the physical and virtual, to recognize the new consumer mandates of digital and to grow for the long term.

Our challenge was to create new mobile concepts that would broaden the Brand’s offering and customer experience.


After interviewing world-class technology experts, Ogilvy Consulting created 100 mobile concept ideas and prototyped the best 25. The Ogilvy experience team designed the 15 best concepts to develop for the Company’s Innovation Group.

We then socialized the ideas with the client P&L holders to determine which of the concepts should be taken forward to full Experience Design, feasibility analysis and ROI projections.
