Creating A global brand and go-to-market strategy
An Italian business group wanted to expand its business outside Italy but lacked of a compelling promise and communication strategy at a global level, having previously focused on affordability for local marketing purposes.
Ogilvy Consulting worked with our Client’s stakeholders to define four key pilot markets, analyze the competitive ecosystem, and clarify the target market and franchise insights. Through a workshop approach, we developed a new Brand Platform (vision, positioning, target, brand signature and tone of voice). For each market, we then defined the go-to-market plan and developed an integrated communication blueprint.
Ogilvy Consulting’s work continues to lead to promising growth for this Company, which is approaching the 3-year 5-8% growth target.
