As Global Chief Experience Design Officer, Rebecca partners with global customers and agency leaders across the network to drive the strategic growth and development of Ogilvy’s digital platform and experience design business. With over 20 years of digital experience, Rebecca takes a human-centered and data-driven approach when helping clients achieve digital and customer-led transformation. Prior to Ogilvy Consulting, Rebecca served as the CEO of Effective, an experience agency acquired by WPP, and worked closely with leadership to evolve their experience capabilities and services in several markets. She previously served on the Global Board of Directors for SoDA, the Digital Society, and has worked closely with ambitious innovators, technology, and business leaders across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, travel, industrial, technology, and retail. Rebecca believes in the power and wisdom of teams, and has a talent for bringing together smart, highly collaborative and entrepreneurial teams to help solve her client’s most complex problems. Rebecca holds a B.A in Communication and Journalism from California State University, Chico.
