Edward has 20+ years of experience in leading technology and digital commerce strategies and solutions for the specializing in the CG and Retail industries.

He is results oriented and outcome-focused with deep experience in developing successful digital go to market strategies and solutions, optimizing eCommerce P&Ls, and global digital operations including merchandising, logistics, and financials. As a dynamic change agent, he is skilled in leading, repositioning and developing cross-functional organizations to maximize growth, operational and profits.

He is an expert in customer lifecycle engagement, digital media, and end-to-end retail omni-channel. He is also an expert in technology strategy and solutions having designed and delivered global systems that span Commerce, MarTech, Data Platform technologies. He has been the trusted advisor to many boards, executives and senior management with global brands like Ralph Lauren, Tapestry, Chanel, LVMH, Samsung, Mondelez, and Unilever.

He also has extensive experience with highly engineered commerce systems which require deep understanding of critical business drivers supported by global enterprise-class technology solutions – while delivering strategies and solutions that build both brand and business.

He’s based in New York and leads Ogilvy’s global Commerce consulting practice with focus on strategy, advisory and solution services for the US market. Prior to Ogilvy, he was at Deloitte (8 years), Publicis Sapient (7 years), and held various digital leadership positions responsible for DTC P&Ls that generated $300M+ GMV annually.
